1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Korvex Lane Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Korvex Lane Co. provides dumpster rental and junk removal services in Wyoming, Michigan and surrounding areas. Service availability, pricing, and dumpster sizes are subject to change without notice.

3. Rental Agreement

Each dumpster rental is subject to a separate rental agreement specifying the rental period, dumpster size, pricing, and terms of use. Overweight charges may apply if the dumpster exceeds the agreed weight limit.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be placed in our dumpsters: hazardous waste, chemicals, batteries, tires, paint, asbestos, medical waste, and any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law.

5. Liability

Korvex Lane Co. is not responsible for any damage to driveways, lawns, or property resulting from the placement and removal of dumpsters, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon delivery or as agreed in the rental agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
